If you have access to your account, use the Delete Account option inside the UC Merced Hub app. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account when possible. We may request reasonable verification before completing deletion.
No. UC Merced Hub is an independent, community-built project designed for the UC Merced community. It is not an official service of the University of California, Merced.
The iOS version is live. The Android version is currently in closed testing. Availability can change as new versions are released.
Some student-only features require verification with a UC Merced school email. Start the verification flow from your profile, request a verification code, and enter the code in the app. If verification appears stuck or incorrect, use the in-app status check or contact support.
Use the report control available on the relevant content or user interface in the app. Reports are used for moderation and safety review. For urgent follow-up, email contact@ucmercedhub.com with enough context to locate the issue, but do not send passwords or verification codes.
The app uses your block choices to hide or restrict content and interactions from blocked accounts according to the feature's implementation. Block information is account safety data and is not intended to be shown publicly.
